System or software update/Factory Reset

Is there any new firmware or software update for this projector?

Our engineers do not recommend our customers to upgrade the projector system by themselves.

If there is a problem with the projector, please try to reset the projector by following the steps below:

a. Please click “Setting” on the main menu.
b. Click the “right” key on the projector panel or remote control to move to “Options” (Setting—-Picture—-Music—-Options).
c. Click “Factory Reset”.
d. Click “OK”.
