To prevent such occurrences in the future, we recommend following these guidelines:
1. Cooling and Usage Recommendations: It’s advisable to allow the projector to cool down properly after extended use. Typically, turning off the projector after 4-6 hours of continuous operation can help prevent overheating and potential lens issues.
2. Ventilation: Ensure that the projector is placed in a well-ventilated area to facilitate proper airflow. This can help maintain optimal operating temperatures and prolong the lifespan of the equipment.
3. Regular Maintenance: Periodically clean the projector’s air filters and ensure there are no obstructions around the ventilation vents.
To adjust the brightness and contrast of the screen, please click “Settings”, choose “Picture Mode” and switch it to “User”; then you can adjust the following parameters by yourself.
However, Please note that these settings are primarily intended for engineers to debug the parameters. Our engineers have set the optimal brightness and contrast values after multiple attempts. This ensures the machine’s high performance and facilitates long-term use of the bulb.
Several factors can influence the perceived brightness, including ambient lighting conditions, screen size, and projection distance. To address this issue effectively, we recommend considering the following:
Ambient Lighting: Ensure that the room is dark enough when using the projector, as bright ambient lighting can significantly affect the perceived brightness of the projection.
Projection Distance: Adjust the projector’s distance from the screen or wall, as positioning can affect the brightness of the displayed image.
Projection Surface: The color and material of the projection surface can impact image brightness. A high-gain screen may enhance brightness.
Brightness Settings: Adjust the projector’s brightness settings on the device that you’re connecting to the projector, such as a laptop or streaming device.
To adjust the aspect ratio, kindly click on ‘Menu’ while playing a video, then switch to ‘Option’ to adjust the aspect ratio.
Please note that you can use the zoom feature exclusively during video playback.
To zoom in or out, simply adjust while playing the video or after accessing the Miracast page.
1. Heat Dissipation Requirements: Projectors generate heat during operation, and the fan’s role is to dissipate this heat to ensure the projector functions properly.
2. Dust and Dirt: Fans may not run smoothly due to the accumulation of dust or other debris, leading to increased noise.
To reduce projector fan noise, you can try the following methods:
1. Provide Adequate Ventilation: Ensure the projector has enough space around it for proper airflow, aiding in cooling and reducing the fan load.
2. Use External Cooling Devices: If you frequently use the projector in high-temperature environments, consider using external cooling devices such as cooling pads or fans to help lower the projector’s temperature and alleviate the internal fan’s workload.
1. Ensure that the lens cap is removed from the projector. Sometimes, this can obstruct the projection.
2. Double-check the HDMI or other input source connections to make sure they are secure and correctly set.
3. Please inspect the projector’s lamp or LED light source. If it is not illuminating, this could indicate a hardware issue.
2. If the U disk icon does not pop up, it may be a problem with the U disk. the projector is not compatible with the 3.0 U disk, only supports 2.0, Please try to change a U disk.
2. Play video and select “Movie”; play music, select “Music”; play picture, and click “Photo”.
Note: The projector does not support a U disk to play word documents, PPT, and other document files, if you want to play related documents, please use the computer to play through the HDMI cable.
Please try to insert the USB flash drive into other devices to check whether the USB flash drive is available or not.
This issue may arise if your USB flash drive is formatted in exFAT or exceeds 32 GB in size. Our current projector supports USB flash drives formatted in FAT32 or NTFS. It does not support the exFAT format. Additionally, please note that the projector can only recognize flash drives with a capacity of up to 32 GB.
If you use the USB drive, especially on a MAC, use MS-DOS. DO NOT USE ex-FAT or FAT32. They don’t seem to be recognized. Also, NTFS works as well, but that is a Windows format.
1. Download the PPT file to your laptop and connect the laptop to the projector in order to present the PPT file.

3. Overheating can sometimes cause projectors to shut down. Confirm that the projector has proper ventilation, and the cooling fan is functioning.
4. Inspect the projector’s lamp or LED light source. If it is not illuminating, this could indicate a hardware issue.
To promptly address these issues, we recommend the following steps:
1. Power Supply: Ensure that the projector is connected to a stable power source and try using a different power outlet.
2. Ventilation: Confirm that the projector has proper ventilation, and there are no obstructions blocking the air vents.
We want to assure you that the power cord provided with our projector adheres to international standards and is designed to be fully compatible with the unit.
To address the issue you’ve mentioned, I recommend applying a bit more pressure when inserting the power cord into the projector’s power port to ensure a secure connection.
Sometimes, due to the tight fit of international standard connectors, a bit of force may be required to establish the connection.
Additionally, it’s normal for a small portion of the power port to be exposed after the power cord is inserted.
Please perform a test by powering on the projector. If the projector starts up successfully, it indicates that the power connection is secure.
1. Please try replacing the batteries with new ones.
2. When installing the batteries, please ensure correct polarity (+ and -) to avoid incorrect insertion.
3. When using the remote control please align the remote control signal transmitter to the projector’sinfrared signal reception window.
