Sound-related Issues
The sound/volume from the inner spearker is so low/no sound
The maximum dB level of this projector is xx, if you feel the volume is still too low in some scenario, we recommend you to connect a Bluetooth speaker.
Procedure for dealing with NO SOUND issue:
If you do not hear audio only when trying to play a movie or TV show in surround sound, then it is possible that your TV, AVR, or soundbar does not support the surround sound format used by the content provider (e.g. Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Atmos, etc.).
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
Select Audio.
Set Audio mode to Stereo.
Set HDMI to PCM-Stereo.
Note: On Roku players with an optical port, you will set HDMI and S/PDIF to PCM-Stereo.
I still do not hear audio, what should I do?
Disconnect and reconnect all cables including the power cable, and then follow the procedure showed above again.
There is no sound when playing Dolby sound
The H1 projector does not support Dolby sound. So there will be no sound when you play Dolby sound videos (Amazon fire stick, Netflix, Blue ray movies and so on).
In this case, please kindly turn off the Dolby sound on your device or apps. The indtruction for your reference to turn off the Dolby sound:
Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF)
I connect my speaker in the projector, but the sound/volume is still so low/no sound.
Based on current technical issues, there may be low sound or no sound when playing 4k video on the H1 projector. We recommend that you can play a normal video to see if the problem is solved.
Bluetooth stereo is connected to the projector, but the sound is delayed
It is normal that there is a delay in wireless connection, it is recommended that you connect the Bluetooth device as close as possible to the projector, and do not place radiation or interference around the projector.
