Connected Device Compatibility Issues

Phone Connection

My mobile phone can’t connect in the projector via Bluetooth

The H1 projector does indeed feature Bluetooth capability, but it is designed for Bluetooth output only, meaning it can connect to Bluetooth speakers for audio output. However, it does not support Bluetooth input, which means it cannot directly connect to devices such as smartphones or computers via Bluetooth for audio playback.

My mobile phone is not able to connect in the projector.

For the phone connection, you need to buy an HDMI adapter cable first for the phone connected need, and you can’t use a charging cable to project directly. A 3-in-1 HDMI adapter cable is needed (HDMI port + USB power port + Lighting port).

When connecting to an Android smartphone

a. Plug the 3-in-1 or 4-in-1 adapter cable into the projector’s HDMI, USB port, and mobile phone lightning port respectively.
b. Plug the Micro USB/ Type-c adapter into your smartphone.
c. Select the “HDMI” mode, Click “OK” to successfully realize the projection

Note: For some HDMI adapters, for the first use, you need to scan the pop-up QR code to download the APP, please consult before buying.

When Connecting to iPhone / iPad

a. Plug the 3-in-1 adapter cable into the projector’s HDMI, USB port, and mobile phone lightning port respectively.
b. Press the “HOME” button on the remote control and select the HDMI port, Click “OK” to successfully realize the projection.

Note: When it pops up whether to trust this computer, click “Trust”, for the first time use, you need to enter the mobile phone password.

I can connect my mobile phone with the projector, but I can’t play videos from streaming media like Youtube/Netflix/Hulu/Prime/Disney+

Due to copyright and encryption protocols, the H1 projector does not support playing copyrighted videos from Youtube/Netflix/Hulu/Prime/Disney+ app when the phone is connected to the projector.

You can try playing these protected videos through your browser while connected to your iPhone, or you can play the copyright video when you connect a HDMI device to this projector directly, like Fire TV Stick, Rohu.

Please also turn off the Dolby sound when playing these protected videos.
The indtruction for your reference to turn off the Dolby sound,
Settings > Display & Sounds > Audio > Dolby Digital Output > and then turn Dolby Digital (OFF)

PC/Laptop Connection

PC/Laptop can’t connect in the projector

Connection Procedure:

a.Your PC/Laptop has HDMI ports, then just connect the projector via the HDMI cable.

b.Your PC/Laptop does not have HDMI ports, so you need to buy HDMI adapters to connect to computers for projection.

If your computer is Windows, please purchase a Type-C adapter (HDMI/VGA converter), so that you can use the included HDMI cable to plug into the adapter, and you can directly play videos or presentations.

If your computer is an Apple computer, considering the compatibility, please go to Apple’s official website to buy the adapter
