Sound-related Issues

7.The sound/volume from the inner spearker is so low/no sound

The maximum dB level of this projector is xx, if you feel the volume is still too low in some scenario, we recommend you to connect a Bluetooth speaker.

Procedure for dealing with NO SOUND issue:

If you do not hear audio only when trying to play a movie or TV show in surround sound, then it is possible that your TV, AVR, or soundbar does not support the surround sound format used by the content provider (e.g. Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Atmos, etc.).

Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Scroll up or down and select Settings.
Select Audio.
Set Audio mode to Stereo.
Set HDMI to PCM-Stereo.

10.Bluetooth stereo is connected to the projector, but the sound is delayed

It is normal that there is a delay in wireless connection, it is recommended that you connect the Bluetooth device as close as possible to the projector, and do not place radiation or interference around the projector.

Bluetooth Connection

Bluetooth Connection/Bluetooth Pair

11.Not able to connect in the projector via Bluetooth

Focus and Correction

Focus u0026amp; Keystone Correction

12.It is clear at the center and blurry at the edges

Like other LCD projectors, the light source is emitted from the center towards the edges, resulting in higher brightness at the center and clearer image quality in the middle of the screen compared to the edges.

How to make the projector clearer?

To achieve the best picture quality, position the projector at a 90-degree angle (zero keystone correction) to the screen. This setup eliminates focus issues at the edges of the screen, ensuring uniform clarity across the entire projection area.

13.Not able to get entire picture to focus/Can not focus

To ensure that the LED projector displays a rectangular image and focuses clearly, please follow these steps:

a. Place the Projector:
Position the projector on a stable surface, ensuring it is vertically aligned with the projection screen. Use adjustable feet or a mount to maintain the projector’s level and vertical position.

b. Adjust Projector Placement:
Adjust the distance between the projector and the screen based on the projector and screen size to achieve the desired image size. It is generally recommended to be between 4.9-8.5ft is the best viewing position.

c. Adjust Projector Angle:
Ensure the projector is directly facing the screen to avoid image distortion. Adjust the projector’s angle to make it perpendicular to the screen surface.

d. Adjust Projection Image Shape:
Use the Keystone correction feature to adjust the shape of the image, keeping it rectangular. Works best if you project the image at a lower angle.

e. Focus Adjustment:
Use the manual focus feature of the projector to ensure a clear image. Focus adjustment is done by rotating the knob.

14.Keystone adjustment/correction not so good

The keystone correction function of the projector supports 15 degrees, please adjust the keystone wheel slowly to get a rectangular project screen. Then when you get a rectangular screen, please adjust the focus wheel slowly to get a clear screen. Please note that you can get a bright and sharp image more quickly if the projection distance is 1.0~2 m.

Brightness

17.The projector is not bright enough/in light/outdoor

Several factors can influence the perceived brightness, including ambient lighting conditions, screen size, and projection distance. To address this issue effectively, we recommend considering the following:

Ambient Lighting: Ensure that the room is dark enough when using the projector, as bright ambient lighting can significantly affect the perceived brightness of the projection.

Projection Distance: Adjust the projector’s distance from the screen or wall, as positioning can affect the brightness of the displayed image.

Projection Surface: The color and material of the projection surface can impact image brightness. A high-gain screen may enhance brightness.

Brightness Settings: Adjust the projector’s brightness settings on the device that you’re connecting to the projector, such as a laptop or streaming device.

Fan Noise

18.The fan noise is quite loud.

The reasons for the loud fan noise in a projector can include the following factors:

a. Heat Dissipation Requirements: Projectors generate heat during operation, and the fan’s role is to dissipate this heat to ensure the projector functions properly.
b. Dust and Dirt: Fans may not run smoothly due to the accumulation of dust or other debris, leading to increased noise.

To reduce projector fan noise, you can try the following methods:

a. Provide Adequate Ventilation: Ensure the projector has enough space around it for proper airflow, aiding in cooling and reducing the fan load.
b. Use External Cooling Devices: If you frequently use the projector in high-temperature environments, consider using external cooling devices such as cooling pads or fans to help lower the projector’s temperature and alleviate the internal fan’s workload.

USB Flash Drives

USB/USB flash drives

19.How to play videos, pictures, or music with a USB flash drive?

a. After the projector is turned on, insert the U disk, and the U disk icon will pop up on the projection screen.
b. Play video and select “Movie”; play music, select “Music”; play picture, and click “Photo”.

Note: The projector does not support a U disk to play word documents, PPT, and other document files, if you want to play related documents, please use the computer to play through the HDMI cable.

20.The USB did not show.

If the U disk icon does not pop up, it may be a problem with the U disk. Please try to change a U disk made of ABS material. Sometimes there are incompatibility problems with the U disk made of iron.

Note: The projector does not support a U disk to play word documents, PPT, and other document files, if you want to play related documents, please use the computer to play through the HDMI cable.

21.Plug in a USB and it says u0022not supportedu0022.

This issue may arise if your USB flash drive is formatted in exFAT or exceeds 32 GB in size. Our current projector supports USB flash drives formatted in FAT32 or NTFS. It does not support the exFAT format. Additionally, please note that the projector can only recognize flash drives with a capacity of up to 32 GB.

22.Why can’t I detect USB, even if the video format is MP4?

If you use the USB drive, especially on a MAC, use MS-DOS. DO NOT USE ex-FAT or FAT32. They don’t seem to be recognized. Also, NTFS works as well, but that is a Windows format.
