Fan Noise

The fan noise is quite loud.

The reasons for the loud fan noise in a projector can include the following factors:

a. Heat Dissipation Requirements: Projectors generate heat during operation, and the fan’s role is to dissipate this heat to ensure the projector functions properly.
b. Dust and Dirt: Fans may not run smoothly due to the accumulation of dust or other debris, leading to increased noise.

To reduce projector fan noise, you can try the following methods:

a. Provide Adequate Ventilation: Ensure the projector has enough space around it for proper airflow, aiding in cooling and reducing the fan load.
b. Use External Cooling Devices: If you frequently use the projector in high-temperature environments, consider using external cooling devices such as cooling pads or fans to help lower the projector’s temperature and alleviate the internal fan’s workload.

It gets so hot. Is that normal? I’m afraid if we keep using it it will get too hot possibly fire.

We are sorry to hear about the issues you’ve described, including unexpected shutdowns, and concerns about the temperature.

To promptly address these issues, we recommend the following steps:

1. Power Supply: Ensure that the projector is connected to a stable power source and try using a different power outlet.
2. Ventilation: Confirm that the projector has proper ventilation, and there are no obstructions blocking the air vents.
